It's easy to find fault, and yes, it's tricky to know exactly when the shop closes to take deliveries since the pandemic (usually some time between - ) BUT the shop has continued to function and support the local community throughout all the lockdowns over the last year and for that I will always be grateful. The staff are friendly and helpful and they stock an amazing amount, considering the size of the shop!

Provides a valuable service to the local community. Unfortunately I gave a star review purely as a result of the managers attitude which I found sarcastic and demeaning. I was extremely polite & courteous when I asked her a question - her retort and attitude "well, wouldn't do it for free" in a condescending tone combined with roll of eyes & expulsion of breath implying I was stupid to ask.The rest of the staff are lovely.

I know in the current situation we shouldn’t complain but one lady was particularly rude when the layout of the shop with lots of floor stickers on all different directions just isn’t clear, there is no one way system which many other small shops have managed. The shop is not laid out to accommodate social distancing as people are trying to queue whilst others shop and keep crossing paths so I would highly avoid visiting whilst these measures are still in place for safety.

Not too bad a place my main complaint is that they decide it is a great time to close at which is one of the busiest time of the day till which is most likely for replen. Then again that begs the question why not do it first thing in the morning or at night since they close at : why not do it at : less people and this allows people to get their things at lunch.
